PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS ENTIRE POLICY TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT YOUR ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Please complete the Return Form on the backside of this page and include it with your return for complete processing. If you believe an item is damaged/defective or you received the incorrect item, email me within 2 business days of receiving the item at info@downhomegrove.com. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.
*FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items listed as SALE/CLEARANCE. All ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE ITEMS due to sanitary reasons. No exceptions are made on Final Sale Items*
Eligible Returns:
• All returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and in unused condition with tags still attached. They MUST have no visible wear or smell (this includes deodorant and makeup marks) or your return will not be processed.
• Due to limited number of items in stock we cannot guarantee a size exchange. Please email for inquiries on a different size.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item.
